History Channel Interview - June 2011 - Nashville, Tennessee
with
Gehrig (Jim Harris) and Rye (Pete Henry)
The History
Channel folks invited Jim Harris and Pete Henry to an interview and filming
session to talk about their time in Vietnam and to review the movies Pete took. It was decided that they would film at
Jim's home in Brentwood, Tennessee, just outside of Nashville.
Shaun Kennedy,
Senior Producer arrived from NYC with his crew (Cameraman, Lighting Technician
and Sound Technician) in a van loaded with equipment the night before and took
the whole gang out for a great dinner.
The interviews and filming began at 9 am the next day and lasted until 5
pm.
Barbara, Jim's
wife, was our gracious hostess, offering her home, and supplied home cooking and
refreshments for all.
